Concentrated fruit purées are mashed fruits, condensed by water evaporation, pasteurized and packed with no added enzymes, dyes or preservatives. These are purées classified as single and concentrated two-, three-, or even four times, depending on the fruit. This high concentration of fruit is an advantage for transport, transhipment and storage.

Fruit purées can be aseptically packed or frozen in different types of packaging, such as 20kg cardboard boxes or 200kg barrels, depending on the customer's requirements and applications.
